Hmm, let me see if I have this matter straight: I'd be asking questions about what to do during these next nine months as well as questions about adoption. Seems better to me to be "inconvenienced" for a few months after which the baby has a fair chance of living a normal life.

no, wait let me get this straight... she went off of birth control purposely? and you willingfully and knowingly had sex unprotected and now are worried about pregnancy? wow, who saw that one coming! you should take responsibility for your actions and if she is pregnant try adoption and give the kid a chance to live i mean damn, you knew what you were doing

Of course stopping the pill affects the cycle. She could ovulate within forty-eight hours. And some women do begin to have symptoms within a month of conception. Not significant but signs, nevertheless.

Sounds to me that neither of you know what you are doing and you would be better off to get two pregnancy tests (different brands) and she should administer them at least twelve hours apart.

With those results figure out what each of you wants from life.

Hi,

If you are this worried about pregnancy, and this unprepared - I suggest you stop having sex until you feel you would be ready to face the "what ifs" - such as an unplanned pregnancy. No matter how careful you are, there is always the chance that it COULD happen. Obviously the only way to prevent pregnancy 100% is to never have sex.

You should discuss this possibility with her and come up with a "what if" plan, at the very least. If she ever does become pregnant, it will be helpful to know how to react, and how she will react (will she even want or agree to an abortion? will she want to keep the baby or give it up for adoption?). Your life can change in an instant, it's really not worth it to mess around with the possible consequences that are at stake here. Think about making that mistake and then having to face your parents, or hers...if that doesn't scare you then I don't know what will.

If you'd like to hear it from someone who knows, please read my other post "My story - in shock." You never think it can happen to you until it does!!

just wait until she is due for her period. most likely she'll have it when she's meant to (especially since she's not stressing out over it like you are). no need to worry unless her period doesn't show up since you're already out of the plan b range.

and you are "worried" not "wry'd". i've never even seen that abbreviation before. i heartily suggest using spell check...

Possibly but not likely unless she has missed a period. And you have a messed up view of condoms. Most condom "failures" are a result of sperm escaping around the open end. Generally, if a condom it is noticeable as soon as you withdraw.
