After Pregnancy Sex

We had a baby over 3 months ago, but it still hurts my wife a lot to have sex. We still have not had anything even close to deep penetration. What do I do to improve our sex life?

She tells her gyn that sex is painful to the point of limiting her participation. Then she will be checked thoroughly. There are too many possibilities to discuss here - most of them quite innocuous but a few serious.

I found out today I may have a C-sec in 2 weeks , I am wondering how long it will be till i have sex again and If i'd be able to do my regular stunts , evrn the incision heals .
I actually fear a c-sec more than natural child birth .
oh and #2 will I ever loose the belly fat after a C-sec ?
