Ok i know alot guys dont open up like there feelings but i lost girl of my dreams cuz im scared of commitment i have bad hisory of exs but should i try get her back or let her be with her bf who an ass and rip his head off but she say she happy and really that all i want for even not with me

Do you mean commitment?If your ex is happy with her new boyfriend you should leave well enough alone.You don't want to end up in jail on an assault charge or worse.

If a girl or woman leaves you for another person it is better sooner than later. Your dreams may change so in a few years the "girl of your dreams" now will not compare with the girl of your dreams in the future. No one likes to be the one who has been left in a breakup, but that is part of life and becoming an adult. You should distract yourself by meeting other girls now. Also if English is your first language you should work on your command of the written language and if it is not your first language I apologize for my difficiculty in understanding your post.
Before you try to get anybody back, you need to resolve the issues that caused them to leave in the first place.
how though most girls to me r liar and cheater so i avoid relationship all together
It's possible you need a better selection process.
It's possible you need to explore new environments from which to select.
It's possible you need to examine your outlook on, and interactions with, the opposite sex.
*This would include examining how you see them, why you see them that way, as well as any possible contributing behavior on your part.

My recommendation is to work on yourself, first, and find out why you are scared of commitment. Of what benefit is it to a girl to spend time with a guy who will date, yet not take the relationship to the next level?

Unless and until you know more about yourself, I would not date her or anyone. Until you understand what scares you, I would only date if you inform the person that this is all you are interested in doing--no more, no deeper involvement. To string a person along is selfish and cruel.

Let it be. You are not the boss of her. It is her life to enjoy, make mistakes, learn, and, perfect, as is the same for you. Maybe he is an "ass", maybe not, it is up to her to determine.
