Yup it goes in and runs out. Nature of being the woman. I find going to the bathroom and having a couple of good coughs will help expel most of it.
It's nothing to worry about. This is a very normal thing and happens to all of us. Thats one of the reasons a lot of times you either have tissue and possibly baby wipes on hands or run to the bathroom. The second option is probably better, cause it is recomended to pee after sex to prevent UTI. And while you're doing that, usually all of the stuff will leave your body.
