So is there any danger of giving oral if you have a cold sore? Guy or girl either one? I always heard that you shouldn't do oral if you had a cold sore, regardless of what sex you are or what sex the person you are with is. I'd really like to know just for safety sake.
Safety's sake? You have changed the question. I would neither want to have oral performed on me by someone with a cold sore not would I want to perform oral that way. But a cold sore will not give you genital herpes.
Herpes I and Herpes II are a bit different. So relax.
