Slight change from the basic missionary. To take it up another notch, after penetration have the woman close her legs and the man place his legs outside her thighs. She gets a tighter "grip" on him and the penis is directed over the clitoris. Additionally, the thickest part of the penis is placed in the narrowest part of the vagina. Nice change of pace.

Use some imagination: Missionary position and clamp her legs with his outside. Or find your own pics.
what brandye talks about you wouldn't even need to use your imagination, just your mouse and go into the sex animations on the main site. that position is right in there with feedback.

This seems to be an old post and not many responses... Too bad... This is the first and basically the only position I have been able to get mine. There is a closeness that I haven't experienced any other way. The men that I have been with that have known about this position also love it. After I orgasm, they are then able to do what it take for them to orgasm. Usually, it doesn't take long at all. And, yes, there have been many simultaneous orgasms between me and my partners during the CAT.
It appears I am one of the women that hasn't experienced a vaginal orgasm (G-Spot Orgasm). There are definite times that the old thrusting in and out feels very good, but it isn't going to make me come. I would love to experience that, but for me the CAT is what does it for me.
