Well, my lady friend bought me a silicone or latex cock ring..one of the stretchy ones. Is there any safety issues with something like that? Sorry if this is a dumb question. I just don't need anything going wrong in that area. I haven't tried it yet, but she is eagar too. - Thanx

There are no ill effects of using a cock ring if it fits well
Rules of a cock ring
1. if it turns blue or purple take it off and get a bigger one
2. if the cock ring falls off get a smaller one
3. all is well HAVE FUN!!!!!!
The stretchy kind aren't going to do anything to your penis, don't worry. They stretch, so you can always just take it off if there is a problem, however, I doubt you'll have any with it. The metal/rubber kind are the ones that can be dangerous.
The hard (metal or plastic) ones are frequently removed in the ER. I have never seen one of the soft, stretchy ones show up. If, however, I had a penis I would not want to mess with the normal blood flow into it.
thanks for the advice. Sorry for the slow response. since then ive only used it once so far, and all is well, seemed i had to take it off to climax..is this normal? i assume so, maybe all in my head? Just made me almost last too long.
Well, that's what they are supposed to do; help hold in the climax. Usually with a cock ring, when you do climax, there is much more ejaculate than normal.
