Cock Rings - Are they safe?
They are safe for short periods of time - I think the time frames I've seen mentioned were in the neighborhood of about 20 minutes, give or take.
Make sure it is not too tight, regardless.
I am looking at the cock ring that just fits on the shaft as we are looking for her stimulation most of all.

Or spend an evening in the ER of a major hospital and see how many show up to be removed. The ones that are not dangerous do little; those that do work can get stuck and hold an erection you do not really want.
There are medical reasons to use these but the toys are just that. If you do not need one, why use it?
They are safe if used properly like most things. If you have a real tight fit, then they should'nt be worn for more than 20-30 minutes. there are different ways to wear them also. There is a ring that you just slide on the penis and these are usually the tight ones. They make some rings which will unsnap or you can release the tension to get them loose. There are other rings that are larger and these fit over the penis and the scrotum, right up against the body. The ones I used are like this. I just found them more comfortable to me. Can be a little hard to get on if you are at all aroused and the two little fellows have a hard time squeezing through the ring. But once on, I find these comfortable and have worn them for hours since they fit loose when I'm not hard. But once I go hard it works well. I have two sizes for this, a 1-7/8 inch and a 2 inch ring. I also have a 1-3/4 inch ring, but it is hard to put on and isn't as comfortable for me.
As far as what they do for me, it is a fun change at times to wear one. I don't use them often, but is a fun change and is kind of a step to get things going sometimes. The wife doesn't seem to care one way or the other on her part. For me it seems to make me feel harder and it may help me last longer. What I like best is it just is a different feel. Part of that is due to the balls being extended out away from the body more so they get some extra stimulation also. Give it a try, they aren't expensive so it isn't a big deal to try it. You may want to try one of the silicone rings with a vibrator to help stimulate your partners clitoris. These are more expensive and I have never tried one. The wife isn't into toys that do anything for her and won't try it. But I have read some posts on different sites that the stimulation for the woman from the vibrator really works well.
I use a leather 5 snap model that I can remove instantly if need be. I don't wear it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. This model is perfectly safe.
