be VERY careful when you put the cock ring on...start with the largest size....it needs to be loose enough to put your pinky between the ring and your skin.

There are cock rings just for cocks, and cock rings that can go around the balls and cock. I recommend a velcro strip fastener or easy snaps for new users. That way if you panic, you can remove it easily even with an erection.
