it's always been like this. when a guy gives me oral or stimulates me manually it makes me wince. it's not that it's painful because it's sore it's because it's too sensitive even with the lightest of touches. this is frustrating because i can't get any pleasure from there and i've never had a penetration orgasm. i'm over being left out. do others have this problem or should i be seeking medical help?

It is not uncommon for a woman to experience a hyper-sensitive clitoris just before climaxing. It isn't really pain as with injury, just a sensation that mimics pain. The way around this is to stimulate the clitoris indirectly and I'm guessing this will also work for your situation.
To stimulate it indirectly, you can do any or all of the following:
* Fold the inner labia over the clitoris and rub/massage it through them
* Stimulate the area immediately around the clitoris or hood
* Rub/massage the shaft that lays buried beneath the skin and between the folds of the upper vulva
I do not believe it is necessary to seek medical help, at least at this point.
