There had been rumors floating around that suggest the uncircumcised man is more sensitive than the circumcise one. Is this true?

I heard that the loss in sensitivity comes from the natural "grinding" against things such as underwear. I am 22, have been circumcised since birth and I wear briefs just because that is what I grew up with and never felt the need to make the switch to boxers. Is one type of underwear more responsible for desensitising more than the other? Should I consider switching to boxers to protect my sensitivity?
