I wouldn't have a problem with it. I'd like it because...well, I don't believe that anyone has ever caressed my cheek while I've gone down on them. I'd take it as a sweet gesture.

My bf sometimes does it. I actually like it, it gives the sense of gentle and sweet love making, as opposed to wild. Not that I don't like wild and quite animal-like sex sometimes, but gentle and soft still wins.
So I'd say, go for it. If she interpetes it differently, talk about it afterwards.

Haha, my boyfriend sometimes can't help himself and ends up doing this. I know it's not like he's meaning it to be rude or anything, he just gets really into it and moves on reflex...

I usually do stop too though, if he actually starts pressing me down. I will take it all in when and how I please, thank you very much! :p
