Just wondering, what sort benefits will regular cardiovascular exercise accrue to sexual health? (stamina, strength of erection, reduced refractory period?)

Cardiovascular exercise

It allows you to keep up since when you work out it increases your energy levels. I find weight training combined with cardio works best. Additionally part is psychological since when you work out you feel better about yourself. And a better self image enhances sex.
All of the above plus increased oxygen levels, improved metabolism, increased testosterone levels, greater ability to hold some positions, and on and on. Plus, sex while you are alive is believed to be superior to sex after death.
Heheh... Point taken, Brandye. I'd certainly like to be around to enjoy her company for as long as possible, reason enough to keep in shape by itself. ;)
