Here's my advice to you without your looking at other posts:
Your girlfriend is 13, she has years ahead of her to experience and orgasm. Work on keeping your relationship together and as you both grow and your relationship matures I think that you will be more likely to find out on your own how to help her climax.
As was already stated, she is young, while she might seem older than she is, her body really is new for her. Let your girlfriend get comfortable with her body and maybe she'll be able to better tell you how to help her.

A lot of women don't orgasm thru penetration. Especially young ones who aren't used to their bodies and know what feels good. It just takes practice. Taking time to enjoy and explore each other, there's no rush.
She needs to practice masturbating. Then SHE can find her clit and direct you to the right spot.
For some people orgasms are easy, for others, they have to work for them. Just have patience and use protection
