As far as the premature ejaculation goes, just read all the other extant posts on the subject. One bit of advice-try not to worry about it too much. That only makes it worse.
try a cock ring and if you don't use them a condom (whitch you should already be using them)

When I have sex, I usually last 5 or 10 minutes. However, if I put on some music (something slow and romantic) I last from 45 minutes to an hour. I guess it helps keep me in a rhythm and keeps my mind off of the obvious. :rolleyes:
