Read around. There have been several similar posts. The fact is, some men can go forever with oral but ejaculate immediately in a vagina. And the obverse is true. Sit down with your girlfriend and discuss what feels good and what does not. If she is willing to take you in her mouth, she is interested in what will be the best for you. We all need feedback to get better at what we do.
Technique is less important than the psychological side.

I have the same trouble. my GF try's her best to make me cum till she just cant do it anymore. This approach is backwards. Why think about other things and focus on the one thing you want???
I suggest working more on your technique and giving her step-by-step feedback on how you are responding and for what you need now/next. This procedure is not a quick fix. Keep working at it.
