cant cum

Two things come to mind:
1. you're too used to your own hand and your own movements
2. you're too nervous/shy/anxious
So, SHOW your girlfriend how you masturbate, please note the correct spelling, and then let her try to mimic your technique. While this is going on, the next step is to increase your sensitivity by relaxing your body and focusing your mind not upon orgasm & ejaculation but upon how good it feels.
The reason she gets upset is she wants you to enjoy sex too and in her mind, this mean orgasm and ejaculation which isn't always the case. Please reassure her that she does not "give" you orgasms, she merely assists you to have one. Having orgasms is your job. Consider if you have any internal mental issues re: sex or your girlfriend and then work on increasing your willingness to have an orgasm, should you have any such issues.
EEK pretty much covered it all mate. Your new to having someone else under the sheets with you, so most guys will be at either extreme of not being able to ejaculate, or verging on prematurel ejaculating, during their first few sexual encounters. So just relax mate, let nerves calm and enjoy it. And also, let the Mrs know whats good and whats not so good.
But EEK was pretty much spot on.. so heed her advice mate.

The replies above are correct as far as they go. Start there and continue here with this information.
When a person first learns to masturbate they quickly settle into a routine of stimulating themselves with certain rhythms, and, pressures that they have come to rely upon. A person will sometimes vary this technique in order to experiment and also stave off boredom, yet if we stray too far from what works, either an orgasm will not happen or if it does will not be as intense.
It is therefore important as mentioned to show your girlfriend how to stroke your penis by taking her hand and moving it until she learns to mimic your technique. This may take a few sessions. Next, and equally important is feedback. When a person masturbates, we benefit from an internal feedback that lets us modulate our movements in reaction to the sensations we feel. The feedback is missing when we turn the reins over to someone else.**
Please read this article found in the Index:
How Do I Get Him/Her to Orgasm From a Hand/Blow Job?
This article will explain the rest of what you need to understand about what it takes to achieve a climax through the help of a lover. There is nothing wrong with you or her. You simply need to know the solution to this not so unique situation--call it the "dynamics" between two people that is different than when home alone.
** Pay particular attention to the text describing the importance of providing your partner with verbal and/or non-verbal feedback on how you are responding to their caresses and for what you need now/next.
Here is a thread that clarifies the importance of providing feedback to your partner:

I hope all this is of help. Got questions?
If only younger women knew that some men can actually enjoy sex without cumming, just like many women.
I have had sex on several occasions where I didnt cum, but she did. To be honest I thought it was more satisfying then when I do because I was able to please her until she was too exhausted or just reached the point that she was too sensitive.

Yeah this has happened to me... you know what - invest in a sex toy you can both use together. I used one called - The Tube Love Glove, google it and it makes you come in minutes...use after sex...let her use it on you...
