In short here is the scoop:
* women are able to have many more orgasms and in quicker succession than men
* men are limited to about three or four total depending upon age, sex drive, how we are "wired", and, how many climaxes we've had during the preceeding 24 hours.
* While women can have orgasms within moments or minutes of the previous one, the typical man requires a recovery time of between ten and thirty minutes before being good to go, again.

Here's another short answer: Once underway, do not stop. Once you've had an orgasm, keep fooling around just enough to keep your arousal alive and fairly high. This way you will not have to rebuild it from scratch when you want another orgasm, later, when you are in fact good to go again.
I have a type of multiple orgasm. The second orgasm comes immediately after the first and is much more intense. I discovered how to do it while masturbating. Do you actually cum the first time or just feel it?
My BF experienced this for the first time when we were having sex a few days ago, it was interesting to me as a girl. He was really really close to cumming and then we just stopped at the critical moment. He held his fingers tight around the base of his penis right at that moment.
