The first study I quote uses random controlled, double blind studies to show that men with little to no previous exposure to nicotine, when exposed to nicotine, had adverse affects on there sexual response from physiological stimulation. The second study I quote uses a large random sample (about 2300 men) to show a dose response relationship between cigarette smoke and erectile dysfunction.
