Can penises shrink with age? So I think that when I was a few years younger, I was easily 8". Now, I'm getting 7.5" at best. I'm not sure if its because I'm not 100% turned on, or I'm shrinking. :( I'm starting to get a little worried because I'm finally seeing someone now and I'm not sure if I'm fully hard, or if I'm smaller or what.

Perhaps less hard? A few years younger meaning how many years 10, 20, 30? I doubt you have "shrunk", rather may not be getting as aroused or decline in testosterone? I have noticed there are times men are larger and firmer, appear larger due to this. With time the strength of an erection may decrease and you may feel you look smaller??? If you "work" don't concern yourself with it--no penis obsession!
Women do not care, just men seem to be afflicted with this issue.
Now, my boobs, overtime, seem smaller as well!
Yes, they do shrink with age. Usually not noticeable until beyond 50 yo. Do you know how rare an eight inch penis is? and ser is right we do not care.
And, sera, yours are not getting smaller; just hanging a bit lower.
Time to buy a Porsche or something of the like to compensate with.......
just a suggestion or something you enjoy. It won't help but might make
