I male and have been shaving my genitals with a razor for just over a year now. I am growing tired of how long it takes to do a good job and then how it grows back with in a couple of days. I am playing with the idea of using NAIR for the area around my penis and my testicales. Probably even some on my butt since I feel it is unattractive for my girlfriend.
Is there any problem with using this product in this region? It will be well away from the opening of my penis which makes me question what the nair website says slightly.
Has anyone tried doing this either male or female?

NO you CANNOT use Nair or similar products to remove the hair. You'll do yourself an injury with that stuff! Does the word burn mean anything to you? BTW - shaving is out and trimmed is in.
OK, try using Nair on any other part of your body, say, your legs for example... Notice that intense burn? Do you really want to subject your penis to that kind of pain?
Put Nair on your testicles & other parts and you will have a chemical burn!!! Options; trim the hair, shave, wax.
It is especially fun if your partner does the trimming!

I used Nair before. I consider the consequences. It took my skin off. It was really really bad and it took almost two weeks to heal. Not one of my better judgements.

I've used Nair on my testicles and around my penis before, it hurt like hell. My balls were bleeding, literally bleeding...don't do it man. The hair grows back just as soon as shaving, despite what it may say on tv. Also, personally I think that it looks messier then shaving, you don't have as much control.

Well I'm not sure what nair is. But i understand it's some kind of hair removal cream?
Any way I've personnaly tested a couple of hair cream on my penis and testicles and I was fine. I'd bought the cream at a chemist's so that might make a difference.
The only time it was itchy was when I tried going down my crack (well that's a nice romantic way of phrasing it :S), but the itchiness
subsided pretty quickly.
I love my man shaved and he askes me to help him and I end up doing it. Wich I like becuase I well it gets done the right way hahahaha ok well it's true but either way try that if she is comfortable with it.
I've used NAIR before on my whole body. I loved it when I used it (I need to buy some). I have no pain tolerance but I would go through it, but I didn't bother using it on my testes and penis. Tried using shaving cream or something? Maybe just go up to a pharmecist and ask them blantly "Any advice on how to shave pubic hairs without having a total mess?" because many people have done it and some might but know how to.
