i would always say that is some risk to it. i can't say how high of a risk there is, just make sure her anus is cleaned well. the outside can be cleaned much better than the inside.

The anus has more bacteria than the vagina...which is a self cleaning organ.
There is a reason why women are taught to wipe from the front to the back. There's greater risk for bacteria illness by switching back and forth like that. It's really not that sanitary regardless of whether or not she cleans well. An anus still has more of a risk than vaginal oral sex.
