im a 16 year old guy and have hair on my lower back and all of my butt. i was wondering if women find this attractive at all and how much it would cost to get it removed permanently with laser.

Leave it on! Too much cost for removal & you are too young.
There is a sort of fad now to emasculate men by convincing them to remove all body hair. There are more women who enjoy hairy, masculine, manly men than there are who are turned off by hair.
Leave your body hair on. If you shave it off it gets itchy growing back in. You can get ingrown hairs-that is some nasty business. I am sure that in a few more years we are going to find that permanent removal of body hair is potentially harmful and then what will happen? It will once again be fashionable for men to be hairy.

I cannot see anyone doing a procedure as such on a 16 y/o male! Permanent hair removal is done by a Plastic Surgeon here, in my state & area. They have the best lasers.
