Hi,
I did a search and couldn't find another thread on this topic, but feel free to re-direct me if I am wrong... I have an intermittent problem, if I climax before my boyfriend sex sometimes becomes painful and when he cums there is a strong burning sensation. It doesn't happen all the time, and I haven't been able to pin it down to being at a certain time of the month, relating it to my menstrual cycle. This will then leave me feeling sore for anything between 10mins and 4 hours. I'm reluctant to go to the Dr. because I'm worried by the time we get there my symptoms will have passed. Any ideas anyone?

It could be caused by irritation (the friction) but to be safe you should have a gyn check up to rule out any abnormality or inflammation.
That happens to me too... b/c usually after I orgasm I start to dry up a little..and if he's still going!
Sera's right, for me its just the friction around my vaginal opening... will be rubbed raw a little. If he cums inside me, it does give a little tingle sensation sometimes...and boy does it hurt when you go pee lol. Not pain from the urethra, but pain when urine drips down to the sensitive area.
I guess I should take my own advice and use more lube! LOL
I shall go out on a limb and guess that the burning is related to what he ATE. Both Sera and Demon describe is a not uncommon problem. We women can go dry as soon as we climax and then the friction too much.
Semen is a blood product and it reflects what the man has been consuming. After a Thai dinner, I have gotten a burning throat from doing a blow job. Our mucous membrane of the mouth and the genitals is not all that different and if the semen can affect our mouths it can affect our other lips - and that has happened to me as well.
Lots of symptoms have passed before our patients get to us. We work puzzles all day long. But have past patterns to go on.
