No need to use your hands MrsLeavitt. You can fold your arms under your breasts. This will push them together from the sides and them you can lift them. Or you could do the boobysex with your bra on. Just pop them out of the bra and the material underneath the breasts does a great job of holding them for you. If you (or he or both of you) get creative you can use a silk scarf or a couple of old silk ties to make a sort of sling around them.
