Directed towards the boys:
Would you rather a girl have small breasts or implants? I've read on this board that a girl needs nothing more than a handful, but last time I checked the poll on breast size the votes were for mainly size D or bigger! What's going on here?! And I know when boys are out; you look at the girls with the biggest boobs. I'm a little confused!
I prefer implants to small breasts; however, I would never pressure a girl to have this done - they would have to want to do it.
I would prefer the "real thing", but breast implants are just like any other form of cosmetic surgery, and (in my view) look/feel better than nothing (or very little). If it improves appearance (admittedly, in the eye of the beholder) and is done tastefully, then why not!
Oh ... and about the "handful" being enough, I agree ... but then, you haven't seen the size of my hands!

I've always been a naturals kinda guy who has tended to lean toward the small to midsize breast. Many implants simply look unnatural.
Okay, I'm not a boy, and this question was "directed toward the boys"...but I like boobs, so I'll answer anyway.
While I generally prefer large breasts over small, I vastly prefer small, natural breasts over large, unnatural breasts. In my opinion, breast implants rarely look convincing enough.
Personally I prefer the real thing and long as there is a little bit of something there, just enough to grab and caress that's good enough for me. As far as the implants go, alot of the times they just don't look good, but sometimes they do. But honestly again I prefer the real deal.

I dig nice C-D cup natural breast. I've been with the fake boobs and they seem to defy gravity and thats just creepy.

Because tit-FU$#@ng was one of my favorite things to do, I'm kinda predisposed to larger breasted women! I have had many sexual interactions with women and fake tits - and while they DO feel a bit weird - they accomplish their goal!
I don't find "BALLOON" breasts to be attractive at all, but "enhanced" ones are very hot!
as stated by girlygirl im a chic but i like boobs. I'm quite found of mine. I'm a 36 D. They are very sensitive and like to be touched

Any big boobs are nice to look at for a while... but fake ones just don't have the real affect... they don't jiggle like real breast they just go up and down and stay in one place... it is sorta boring... and they do defy the law of gravity... i just think woman with fake boobs are just whimps for not thinking their bodies are beautiful and that is my opinion of fakies
I'd prefer smaller real ones to large fake ones any day.
I'd rather have my girl be flat-chested and natural, largely because women who DO get implants often get them TOO big...
a downside to fake tah-tahs is proportion.. ok, so you go buy a nice rack then what? You have big boobs and a smaller butt that doesn't match up. Has everyone else noticed that?
Yeah, absolutely, you end up with this small woman... all except for a huge rack. It just looks strange.. sometimes downright ugly.

I think if you went to a penthouse or playboy site and found out how many subscribers they have, you would see that most men don't care if they are real or fake as long as they are big. IMOP.

Well I can't speak for other guys, but I'm not all that interested in large breasts... I mean if you're walking down the street and see a woman with large breasts you kinda look and say "wow.. those are big." But if I'm actually interested in a relationship with a woman, I don't how big they are, I care more about her.. personality, etc.

as i said before, a handfull is the perfect size and implant disgust me (and it's really not that easy to disgust me)
Don't listen to anyone who says you should get them...! If you want them for your self confidence then fine. Though I like em if I get em, I prefer a woman who excercises and has a hard round ass and thighs. It is something most any woman can change about herself, get self confidence and not have to go under the knife to get.
