Honestly, it's very individual. Some girls can orgasm from breast stimulation, and for some it does very little. The best thing to do is ask her what feels good. Also, be careful if you bite her breasts, because since there are many nerve endings and hormone controls in the breasts, this can skrew up your hormones. So.... I'd say nibbling and gently squeezing are better.
