Augmentation is almost always cosmetic; breast reduction generally has to do with health issues that are concomitant to very large breasts.
Im with DLB with size of a woman's breasts, its more who the person is and personality wise with getting along and enjoying each others company other then worrying about only going to woman with a set cup size. I used to know guys who only went for one size and it seemed to be too much of a mission. For me it was like only going for females with only brown hair colour or something else silly

There are no limits as far as I am concerned. For me there is neither too large nor too small.
