I sort of got an idea what you are talking about. You can see those things in some stores like Spencers. Ones I saw were shapes with those wavy things inside of a glass sphere. If you touch it, the lighting thing connects to your finger and you feel slight shock, especially if you touch very small area of your skin to it. I have no idea where you would find a sex toy like that though. Maybe some BDSM sex site might lead you to it.
