To me it seems strange that he would not like a BJ and that it would tickle. Never had that thought cross my mind when recieving a BJ. Does he perform oral on you? If not, then he may just have some adversion to oral sex and used the tickle and having to pee thing as an excuse. What about just giving him a hand job?
