I am 18, still a virgin and my boy friend has recently starting fingering me, the first time he did i bleed a little afterwards but nothing that really concerned me. He fingered me again this morning and i noticed that i was still bleeding this afternoon. This is really embarrassing but i looked down there today and right in the vagina (where he would insert his fingers) there is a lump. The only thing i can think of at the moment to approximate the size to is a water chestnut. It is dark red, from blood. I do not know if this is just a reaction of the vagina getting irritated or maybe even cut, or if this is something else.
I know that I should probably see a doctor but this is impossible right now and i really just need some feed back.

Bleeding from fingering - Help!
Is it fairly deep-ish inside? If its a smooth with a dimple/groove in it, its most likely your cervix and nothing to be worried about. :) Google pictures of it, it shows it and it really makes you go "Aha!" when you realize thats how it looks, compared to how it feels.
Also, there is nothing at ALL embarrassing about feeling yourself! It is perfectly normal, and so is masturbation no matter what anyone has said. Look around for the stickys and read them, they will answer your questions!
If it is right where you can see, I don't think it would be the cervix (unless you have prolapse, which is unlikely being a virgin - the cervix is right up at the very end of your vagina). It could be his nails were a little raggedy and have scratched on something, so I would wait until it has stopped bleeding to try again and also make sure he has clean, well groomed fingernails before he goes near there again.
Do a little looking online for pictures of that area and see if you recognise any. Obviously, if it is causing you concern, doesn't stop bleeding or doesn't go away, have it checked out :)
