Ok I got a bladder infection the first time I had sex and it bled alot and hurt etc. I have had sex quite a few times since then. We always used protection but now my period is late. Does the blood from the infection affect my periods? or could the trama from juss having sex affect my cycle? I am way scared right now and worried.

Many things can affect your periods, including your general health, stress, exercise, etc. etc.
Get un-scared and un-worried, go to the doctor and get some specific answers.

Your description does not track well. Were you treated for the bladder infection? With what? How long?
The bleeding would indicate a very long term infoection - perhaps months. Are your sure it was w result of the sex?
The bladder infection would not likely involve your cycle but medications could. Go see a professional and get some knowledge and proper protection.
