it depends on your goal... is it a quickie, or is it one you want him to remember...
For a quickie, you want to keep a steady pace using one of his favorite techniques...
If you want him to remember it, you want to start slower with less simulating techniques, then speed up and change to a technique with more stimulation to bring him close... then slow down... and repeat several times over...
