I would not get her any personal items like clothing, jewelry, or, perfumes. Doing so is inappropriate at her age and this new a relationship.
Find out what she likes and get her something under $20.00. If you do not have an idea then ask her parents or close friend(s). Suggestions:

I think it would be a nicer idea too take her out. Nothing too specail, just cinema and get some ice cream and chocolate and bits, or bowling? At your age, that would be a much better present, and im sure she would value it more than a cd or book?
taking her out sounds a good idea to me =) if your feeling romantic theres plenty of resteraunts that do dirt dirt cheap prices at lunchtime for brilliant food.you could easily taker her out for 20 quid.

Get her a gift certificate to one of the stores she likes to shop at. Ask one of her friends what store she might like. She'll worship you.
