Condom safety with multiple orgasms

My boyfriend recently learned how to have multiple orgasms. We practiced with manual and oral stimulation and when he would get close to cumming we would stop the stimulation and he would squeeze his PC muscles so he would gut the whole pulsating contracting sensation around his penis. He doesn't ejaculate well kinda. Sometimes during this I notice either a large amount of oozing precum/semen or maybe a single squirt nothing like a full ejaculation where he would squirt several times. He doesn't lose his erection or becomes sensitive forgoing the refractory period. Anyways whether or not this is a lot of precum or a bit of semen the fact remains that it likely to contain sperm. I've heard that after a man ejaculates that if he can go again that the condom needs to be replaced to stay safe. So I'm concerned that there could be a risk of getting pregnant if he starts practicing this during intercourse. So would it be recommended that we ass the pill into the mix?

Yes, there is a risk. All condom manufacturers include a warning in the box that the penis should be removed from the vagina IMMEDIATELY after ejaculating. Most condom "failures" are not a result of tearing or leaking but, rather, sperm exiting the open end right at the vaginal entrance. Change condoms! And, you should have vaginal spermicide (jelly, film, foam, suppository) before you accept him into you. Condom plus vaginal spermicide is about as effective as the pill.

Or, you start the pill or ring.

And remember to thoroughly wash your hands when changing them. It's quite easy for the semen inside of a condom to splash onto your hands when taking one off and you wouldn't want to put a new one on with semen hands.

Thanks for the info.

Just one question. Are you saying that he needs to changed condoms every time he has an orgasm without a full ejaculation then? I was think this would wreck the mood if he needs to do this multiple time before he ejaculates.

Thanks again

Putting on the condom can be incorporated into foreplay (think what it means is forthcoming!) by having her crowd into him, taking control over his penis and whispering "hmmm such a big boy" comments into the side of his neck as she rolls the fresh condom on and slides the lube up and down the outside of the new condom - very, very slowly.

Screw the mood or chance pregnancy. If an ejaculation has occurred, the condom gets changed. See BadCat's post just above to make this part of sex play.

I am not certain that you understand the male orgasm: 99.99% of the time, ejaculation accompanies the orgasm. Generally, no ejaculate, no orgasm. Men are different from women. Their orgasms are mostly alike; ours come in many varieties.

First I'm not willing to chance pregnancy, we're in a long term committed relationship that is why I'm thinking of getting on the pill. We might even not use a condom if I get on the pill since we've known each other for 10 years and have been in a romantic relationship for the last 3. What I said in my original post is that my man has trained himself so he can orgasm without ejaculating. Except sometimes there might be a lot precum ooze out or a single short squirt or semen when he has an orgasm without ejaculating from manual or oral stimulation, not his usual full orgasm where he squirts several times. Since we've noticed this he hasn't tried having multiple orgasm during sex. Oh yes I've forgot to mention we have been using foam as well.

Thank you for all the responses so far.

You're welcome but the answer is, yes, use a fresh condom.
I do have experience with multi-orgasmic males and changing condoms can easily be incorporated into sex play.

"Not willing to chance pregnancy." Get on the pill, some other hormonal system or have an IUD placed. With any of these, three women of 100 properly using the system will become pregnant in a year. Add a condom or vaginal spermicide and the rate drops to nearly non-mensurable.

Eastern mystics have trained themselves to not ejaculate for a few millenia. You can assume that the clarion call has those sperm stirred up and raring to go. Some WILL sneak out.
