Genital Wart Cream?

I am wondering if there is a good cream or over the counter treatment for getting rid of genital warts. I went to the doctor and he said they definetly look to be genital warts and i could have them taken off with acid, surgery, or freeze them off. I have looked around a little bit and found a product called Wartrol but seems like there are some sketchy reviews. If there are any known good treatments PLEASE let me know as i have an appointment scheduled in a couple days to have the acid route done and would rather not if i can avoid it.
