Herpes
I dont think I have herpes,
my balls are red, and there are some super tiny tiny sores on my balls. been with same girl for dating same girl since january. had one night stand in march 21. Is it possible to get herpes. so i guess can symptoms appear 4 months after the fact? getting pretty nervous here.

Go get tested. Come on now, your cheated and your wondering if you have an sti. We cant tell you if you are clean or not. Only a medical screening can clear you. And no I dont mean some online "checklist" get a full workup from your doc.
