The copper IUD is least likely simply because there are no hormones...there is also spermicide and condoms.

Good points, Ducy.
Why not investigate other IUDs, particularly those without chemicals. Also, why not use the sponge or diaphragm along with a spermicide? Much less of a hassle over all than an operation. Besides, what if you do happen to change your mind in a few years? Birth Control Failure Rates Which pill? Your choice!
