Magnums XL still too small... please help.

Hey sexinfo, The title pretty much says it all. I am what people call "well endowed", and am having trouble finding a condom that fits me right. I tried magnums, and magnum XL's, both of which are very constricting. The issue isn't actually the length, it's the girth. They really choke my member, so much so that it significantly affects blood flow, making it difficult to even maintain an erection while wearing one. So, my question is this: are there condoms (from a reliable brand) that have greater width than magnum XL's? I have been told that my best option is to go with a female condom, but I'd like to avoid that if possible. thanks!

I did a quick check for you:
A Magnum XL has CAS: 6 Which means these have a circumference of 4.33 - 4.61 inches.
And according to Condomania: the width at the base of a Magnum XL is 54 mm in diameter.

Note: that's the condomsize, not the penis-size! Read the explanation of CAS in the link above. If it's not in English when you open the link, you can switch languages in the upper right corner.

Condoms that are wider, would be:
Pasante King Size (CAS: 7)
My Size 60 (CAS: 7)
My Size 64 (CAS: 8)
Lifestyle XL (54 mm - 65 mm)

The last time I checked(though you should check the sites RedRoses kindly mentioned), the Magnum XL's had the greatest width. A custom size company recently stopped production unfortunately. The best options that I know of are to try the Magnum XL THIN since they have less force when stretched, female condoms, or lamb. Lambskin does *NOT* protect against STD's.

Not available in US at the moment via Condomania but expected in August. They are worldwide via Condomerie. Do mind the shipping costs whenever you order(!) Depends on where you are what's the best option And even better: perhaps your local store will have them available as well

The custom fit condoms(TheyFit) were discontinued in the US over a year ago, but thankfully there are plans to reintroduce them in mid to late 2011 so that will hopefully be "soon". They are latex so if you or a partner are sensitive to latex, you will still be left with lamb or female condoms. I have similar problems with condoms and have posted a few reviews of the female condoms somewhere here. The new brand of custom condoms is Coripa, and in the last year the female condom has been reintroduced as the FC2 - made of nitrile instead of polyurethane.
