Let's face it. You said yes to unprotected sex with a man who wasn't clean. Its just as much yours as his. Now if he was sleeping around behind your back and got it then yes you have a right to be mad. If you fell for the "baby I'm clean" line then your an idiot and have nobody to blame for these "sins".

Just a note an HPV which I've just read; you can get infected by this even through protected sex. Because the virus lives on the skin mainly in the genital area, condoms will minimize transmission, but not prevent it. You could get it through skin-to-skin-contact, also through fingers (indirectly transmitting from the genital area to another area).
