As I recall, BCPs have 3 weeks of active pills and 1 week of inactive pills - mimicking the natural menstral cycle. The short answer to your question is: NO, you can't.
BCPs make your body think it is pregnant by introducing into your system the hormones that would be there if you were pregnant and once you're pregnant, you can't get pregnant again - kind of a double jeopardy thing.
So there you go. Unless your BCPs work differently, NO is your answer.
Have him wear a condom anyway since it is his job to protect you from disease.
