When to use Plan B?

Hey there. My guy and I have been using condoms as our form of birth control (I am planning to go on hormonal birth control but haven't started it yet). The last time we had sex, the condom broke midway through intercourse. We noticed immediately, quickly discarded the old one and put on a new condom. My question is whether I should use Plan B just to be safe or whether the likelihood of my getting pregnant from a POSSIBLE leakage of precum is relatively insignificant. I've never had a condom break before and I don't know how concerned to be.

(Oh, and I did try to call my advice nurse but the phones aren't open on weekends... useful :/ I am planning on calling a doctor tomorrow for professional advice but thought I'd ask here anyway.)

Any time a penis is in a vagina, pregnancy is possible. If pregnancy would be more than an inconvenience, you should protect yourself further. No one knows exactly when your ovulation is and that would be a consideration. Perhaps more importantly, the sooner you take the Plan B, the more effective it is. Dithering for a couple days can be a mistake. Decide how concerned you are and make a decision. And read around and discover that condoms should be used with vaginal spermicide in you - for things such as this.
