Hepatitis C

I would think that there would be most topics on STD’s. Let me share with you on Hepatitis C. I have hep. C since I contracted in 1981 when I had a blood transfusion. (I was 4 years old at the time). I never heard for hep. C until in 1997 when my mom encourage me to be tested. Turns out I was tested positive and just coming out of dormancy at that time.
What it Hep. C. Occurring to CDC it is:
a contagious liver disease that results from infection with the hepatitis C virus. It can range in severity from a mild illness lasting a few weeks to a serious, lifelong illness. Hepatitis C is usually spread when blood from a person infected with the hepatitis C virus enters the body of someone who is not infected. Most people become infected with the hepatitis C virus by sharing needles or other equipment to inject drugs.
Take note that KNOW WHERE dose it say that it can be sexually transmitted. I strongly believe and stand behind that too. My wife, who i have sex with for 14 years, and my three kids tested negative. If that is not convincing then I don’t know what is. And please don’t listen to that worthless bimbo Pama Anderson. She has it and clams she got it from Tommy Lee from having unprotected sex. WTFE.

If you have it and feel open to talk about it, please share how you got it wan what are you doing to help your self.

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Hep C transmission requires sharing of blood, not just blood products such as semen. Sex in monogamous relationships is very, very unlikely to result in infection of the healthy partner. The risk is higher sharing razor blades. If, however, there is an open would, the risk jumps greatly. Because anal sex can result in some bleeding, the risk is higher than with vaginal sex.

There is a lot of miscommunication and half-truth floating around that claims it is an STD. Not so.

Good post oaktree.

Good post oaktree.
I never thought about anal sex. I guess the doctors dont think much about it too. But yes, there is that chance of contracting it from anal intercors.
