Contraception foam ovule

Hi everybody

I am using Patentex Oval, foam ovule for intravaginal contraception, and I would like to know if after introducing the ovule in the vagina, can I urinate if needed? Does urinating affect the effectiveness of the foam ovule?
Another thing which I would like to find out, is if I can wash the inside of the vagina after the intercourse?

1. You can urinate with this suppository in place. The urine passes out through the urethra and does not affect the contents of the vagina.
2. You can douche after intercourse and, regrettably, some women do. Regular of frequent douching upsets the ecosystem that keeps the vagina healthy and should be done only for specific purposes. Wash you external well, if you wish, and then do it again in the morning. None of us enjoy the aroma of used semen in the morning but it is part of being a woman.
