What are you saying? This is a contradiction. If you and especially she is going to engage in adult activities and behaviors, then you have to act adult and this includes being responsible. Neither of you can be cavalier with regard to how you approach and use contraceptives. Pills work only within a narrow time frame. Whether you knew she was not (fully) protected or not, your mindset should be that if you do not want to be an unwed father and to have the future course of your life changed, then you need to be using a condom. Teens especially should also use a third line of protection that would have been your second line of protection with this situation and that is for her to use a back up contraceptive--vaginal foam. Young adults and teens especially are more prone to becoming pregnant than at any other time, so it behooves you to use three forms of contraception all of the time. Look out for and protect #1--you! If the girl does not want to become an unwed mother and to have the future course of her life forever changed, then she needs to look out for #1, also, and use at least one and ideally two forms of contraception.

Read the sticky Caution: Take Only as Directed. Then read the whole thread that follows it. Then print it out and give it to her.
Then follow the damned directions. In the meantime, you are likely ok but any time a penis is in a vagina, there is a chance. The purpose of any birth control is to reduce that chance to an acceptable level. Only you and she can determine what the acceptable level is.

This whole "I was inside her for a second only but did not cum" which is evident in many posters is the same as the withdrawal method...NOT EFFECTIVE AT PREGNANCY PREVENTION & STD PREVENTION.
****PLEASE STOP ENGAGING IN RISKY BEHAVIOR UNLESS YOU WANT A CHILD OR A DISEASE.

Remind your g/f next time not to wait so long to pick them up. Most insurances will refill at the 21st day of a monthly prescription. So any day the week she is on her period (on the the inactive pills) she can go to her pharmacy and pick it up. I always have mine by like Wed or Thur.... so I am set to take my new pack on Sunday nite. My CVS actually auto refills and they are calling me by Tue/Wed to remind me to come pick it up!! lol

Why would she wait to take the first pill, and then take 2 at the same time. Shouldve taken the first one as soon as she got the pills, even if it was late. I don't think taking two at once the next day, if you are on the first day of the pack, would make any difference. Most pills read in the directions that if you forget a pill early on, to take it as soon as you remember, and continue with the rest of the pack as normal. I think the same would apply to your case. Tell your gf to read the directions very carefully and thoroughly and it probably wouldn't hurt for you to do the same. Then you can knowledgeably tell her ass off if she is casual about taking her pills in the future.
