help please
ok.. i dont really know where to post but i just thought i'd share this...i am not sexually active and i never had sex before.. the thing is recently while i was washing i noticed some bumps on my vagina.. near my clitoris... and its bothering me since it could be herpes or whatever... my question is this.. can you still have herpes even though you dont engage in sex?..

Is it really on your vagina or your labia? If you aren't sure see if you can find a diagram online to help you decide. Did you shave? That would be my first guess, an ingrown hair. I filled-in at an STD clinic for a few weeks and saw one case of herpes, lots of warts, and tons of ingrown hairs.

Try a different soap, maybe a slight allergic reaction to the soap you are using. Also stop, if you are, using a dryer sheet with your panties. Did you recently change laundry detergent, use an extra rinse cycle.
And great that you wash, down there, make sure you rinse well as well. Our bodies are unique. Think and see if you can think of anything that you changed around the time you first started to notice the bumps. Are they always there or do they come and go. Your doctor may be a better person to ask then us.... |
