Whatever you did in the bed "sharing"...if you were my patient; I would ask did you touch genitalia, how, intercourse, etc.? You need to be specific when you need answers; however, you have been seen by a doc. I don't know if you mean you slept in her sheets and are worried about scabies or you have intercourse--too vague. Regardless, follow the instructions of a MD and use condoms...and hopefully your partners.,

Well now I deleted any ways I knew of contacting her unless I run across someone who knows both of us. Even if I did, I don't trust her to be honest with me because shes not an honest person and I doubt she would even pick up the phone.
Does she work? I know that calling someone at work is not the best idea, but giving them a call and telling them you need to speak with them is another. This isn't can we get together but we need to get together. Don't confront her, yet she does have the right to know that you are having issues. After telling her about your issues ask her if she has something she wants to tell you.

UPDATE:

My STD test came back negative! So I'm completely relieved to know its not a virus. Still, could male yeast infection cause a rash and illness?

I can be seen as a rash, but not always or often, not really an illness--The symptoms you describe sound more as if you developed a cold or something. perhaps a rash from moisture? It would not vanish either without treatment.

Well it did respond to anti-fungal treatment which leads me to think yeast or something. The penile rash was first. I guess they could be unrelated?

Maybe more of a "jock-itch"? If you have flu like symptoms accompanied with the typical yeast found among women, to have symptoms you describe, it would require more of an oral medication treatment--since it's then systemic. Usually Diflucan or such is prescribed with a RX cream. If your tests are coming out as negative, be certain you use condoms, and watch for any re-occurrence. If nothing, I would just chalk it up to a bad experience & learn from this. Just be certain you do not develop any symptoms of Herpes...I believe you would have been sufficiently checked; however, look for any future break outs. The most indicative complaints are flu like symptoms followed by Blistering on the penis...not a fine red rash which cleared with an anti-fungal.
