Can't get the VCF to quit sticking to my finger

So I decided to give the film a try but every time it sticks to my finger. Any ideas how to actually get it to stay up by my cervix?

Try folding it (quaters) and insert like a tampon. If it's sticking to your finger; you are keeping it in contact with your finger too long. Takes time to get used to positioning it.

This is taking a lot of work. If I go through the whole box and don't have the hang of it maybe I should just stick with the old fashioned spermicides Thanks!

You can switch back or try folding it! LOL! Ask him to give it a try!

He's already tried and failed. We both were rolling around laughing though! We are both in our 30's and have master's degrees in health care fields and we couldn't get it to work! But it has been great entertainment and we aren't giving up yet!

Same here...MSN/NP. Took some time. Once I had a sponge caught--the thought of going to the ER where I worked was not happening; used Kelly clamps and well--ouch!

Yes, it can be very entertaining! At least you can laugh about it!

Yes, I think I would have driven the 45 min to a different ER! I'm a CNL, or almost, but we both work in psych so this not our area of expertise at all! Will try it again tonight, wish me luck! It is pretty cheap entertainment and if we ever get it figured out we will have a great time for sure!

Whoo-Hoo 6th time the charm. Quarters did work much better than in half. Now the real test will be to see if I can do it when I need it. Thanks for all your help

That stuff is ridiculous. I have the exact same problem 38...my solution was to stop using the vcf and switch to the foam...acts as as spermicide plus a lube. (The VCF always seemed to make my ex dry out faster)
