I can tell you that 6" is just over 150mm. Hope that helps.

Its really tough to say, some condoms are more snug than others. Most of the time it sticks to a standard average size and anything larger you buy the magnum or supra respectively. It should fit tight enough that if you pinch and pull the tip then pull it wont pull off. It should not be so tight as to be very uncomfortable. You might want to just buy 2-3 different sizes at the store and try them on yourself- its not expensive and you can roll it on in the bathroom to be sure. Then you can try shopping online for sample packs and see which ones fit feel and function best for you both.

Just purchase one package of each, like Small/Med/Lg in order to judge for yourself. If you buy different brands, these sizes may vary, so again I say.....

the thing about buying condoms in convenience stores is they usually only come in boxes (i think the smallest size is a 4 pack) so if it doesnt work, you are stuck with the whole box.

planned parenthood (or similar clinics) usually give out a bag full of different brands/sizes which might be helpful for experimenting...

other than that, sex shops sometimes sell individual condoms so that you can try them out.

I have purchased several times from safesense.com and had good luck. My personal preference is the kimono micro thin with a very snug fit but they sell sample packs with a few of each one they have. I tend to shy away from the trojans and durexes. I get ultra ultra thin ones and I have never heard of or had any break where it wasnt from a dumb mistake - really what breaks condoms is too dry or using the wrong lube for the job (like oil based) If it gets dry enough to break it starts to hurt the girl long before hand.
