Last year my gf and I were having a more passionate than usual sexual encounter. It was that position like missionary where her legs were hooked over my shoulders so I was really deep. So, I came, and withdrew, and - NO CONDOM. It had fallen off inside her! But she was completely unable to find it for awhile. We went straight to Planned Parenthood and got the morning-after pill. No pregnancy.

So, a word to the wise - always try to check once in awhile that the condom isn't sneakily sliding off.
